- Any custom-designed or tailored pieces will not be included in our site-wide sales events.
- We typically require a production timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks to create these unique items. Once your order is ready, shipping takes 4 to 7 business days, during which you will receive tracking information to monitor your package's progress.
- littleKING Designs is committed to efficiently producing and shipping all orders.
- Once your package is handed over to the courier and reaches the address you provided, it is considered officially delivered. Please keep in mind that any issues that arise after the courier has completed the delivery are unfortunately beyond our control.
Import Duties and Taxes:
- Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price.
- These charges are determined by your country's import legislation and are the recipient's responsibility.
- LittleKING Designs does not cover import duties or taxes.
Return Policy
- Every item (leather goods) in our collection are handmade and individually crafted with care, ensuring that it is tailored to meet your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in cases where a defect is present.

Exchanges
If your piece has any manufacturing issues, we will accept the piece for an exchange or a store credit if you contact us within 7 days of your receipt.
We accept exchanges or store credit only because creating our pieces are time-consuming, and your piece(s) was made with much care and intention for you.
For sizing issues, we will exchange for a different size or a store credit, as long as you notify us by filling out our contact form with the following information within 7 days of original receipt of the piece.
Please follow these instructions in order to start your exchange process:
- We kindly ask you to send us clear photographs and videos of yourself wearing the item in question, capturing both the front and back views. Please ensure that these images clearly highlight the areas where you are experiencing fit issues. You can send these visuals to [email protected].
- In addition to the images, we would appreciate it if you could provide a detailed description of the specific problems you’re encountering with your order. Is the issue related to the fit, such as being too tight or too loose? Are there any concerns with the fabric, like texture or quality? Additionally, please let us know if there are any rips, holes, or other damages. The more specific you can be about the issues, the better we can assess your situation and work towards finding a suitable solution for you.

You can exchange your item for credit towards another piece within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item has not been worn or damaged in any way. Production of your new exchange item will begin once we receive the returned item, and any difference in price must be paid before production starts.
Sale Items Policy:
- Items purchased during a sale are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect.
- Carefully consider choices and sizes before making a purchase during a sale.
Please note that coupon codes cannot be combined with any sale offers. All sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final sale. There are no returns, exchanges, or store credit available.
