I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
  • Products purchased at a retail store, festival, or event.

Returns and exchange details:
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full return (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, store credit or the item can be exchanged ONE TIME for a different size or colour if specified subject to item availability. Returns of custom orders are subject to separate terms. 

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping charges associated with returns, except for special circumstances where there is a defect or miscommunication.

We do take custom orders and made-to-measure requests.

Custom orders involving custom designing
Please email us at [email protected] requesting more information on the process of custom designed items. Depending on the complexity of the custom order request, it can be up to 3 months or more before we begin the process of the requested item. 

If a customer requests a custom order and/or made-to-measure item. The item is created specifically for you (the customer) as requested. A non-return/refund policy is in effect.
